A Day With My Sweetheart
Ok so last week on Friday I left at 8 in the morning and took over an hour drive out to a little town called South Mountain PA. It wasn't quite as bad of a drive as I thought it was going to be, maybe it's because I made good time.
Anyhow, the whole reason I went out there was to see Tyler. I got to spend the whole day with him, and I tell you, time went by too fast.
When I got there he had a suprise for me. He says, go in my room there's something in there for you. I think ok. I go in there and the first thing I see is this little note for me and it's sitting underneath a little Winry plushie. I though OMG soooo cute. I pick up the plushie and go back to thank him. Then he says, did you like the flowers. I'm like, flowers?
Me being the non observant person that I am completely missed the vase full of roses sitting there. As soon as I saw them tears welled up in my eyes.
It was the first time that someone had given me real roses before. ?
I was so unbelievably happy. No one had ever given me roses before and they were so beautiful. I was literally speechless.
After he gave the roses to me he took me out to breakfast at this little dinner called the Flamingo. Haha. They had the best freaking belgian waffles ever! I so want to go back the next time I'm down there just for that reason.
After breakfast we went back to his place and hung out for a few hours. Then he took me for a ride in his AE86. Now let me tell you, he scared me so bad at one point. He's an amazing driver, always has complete control over the car. He did a donut in the middle of the road and a 180 to spin the car around and go the other direction. At one point we were going 115 down back roads. Back Roads! That's when I told him to slow down cause I was so scared. Anyhow, it was fun for the most part.
Once the insane ride was over we went out again, this time to dinner. We went to TGI Friday's. Everything was sooo good. Then we walked around the mall and Borders for a while and you know what? I didn't buy anything, I was so proud of myself.
Finally we went back to his place and watched a movie for the hour that I had left. Then I went home, that was the worst part of the day. I didn't want to go home at all. I was nearly in tears when I had to leave. But I had to, I had work the next morning.
That was by far the best day I have had in the past few months. There was never a moment when I wasn't having fun. I can't wait to see him again. I wish I was talking to him right now. I tell you, this is unlike any relationship that I have had before. I'm always so happy around him.
