I honestly don't remember hearing about these. O.o
I've seen similar ideas on Trading Academy and Platinum TCG, so I know what it's all about.
But... How do you get them? Will they pop up randomly when we claim cards from games?

The moderators for game will give them out as they want. If they only want to give you golds for a game, then they can. If they want to give you two bronzes, then they're perfectly welcome to do that.

So, pretty much, mods can give these to us in place of our choice cards? Or will they be in the randomizer too?

Sorry, but I don't get this -- are special cards worth three bronze certificates or do you trade in the bronzes for a gold certificate, which you then redeem for a special and a choice card?

You can use three bronze certificates to get a special card.
Gold certificates can only be used for special cards.

Two questions

1 - For the gold certificate, is it one choice of a special card or one choice and one special card?

2 - Are we allowed to trade choice cards to other players?

1) Gold certificates get you one special card, and other than using three bronze certificates, is the only way to get special cards from this.
2) You know, I haven't really seen it done, but sure, I guess so. The "rate" for trading is entirely up to the trade-ees, though.

So, if I'm reading this right: these are not included in card counts until you've actually traded them in, right? If, for example, I'm close to leveling up and I'm waiting for enough certificates to get a special card, I can't include the certificates in the meantime to get to the next level?
