Moved in
Phew! After 4 days of driving, several hours packing and then many more hours unpacking the Penske truck, and several more hours shifting boxes around we have a semi-functioning apartment. We have our computers up and running (though i need a desk now, my display case is all display-y with my figures, we have our TVs set up in the living and bed rooms, our futon is together, and our bed is made at least as made as it gets with us. Now if only my sinuses would stop draining crap into my throat I'd be perfectly happy.
Oh, and the best part is-- the one and only job I applied for-- I got it!
If anything, the last week has made me believe there must be a higher power out there looking out for me, because I've no idea how this week would've gone without someone helping us out.
