Life...
So, not much has been happening in my life as of late. We got a cat a few weeks ago, she is greatly amusing and very loving(most of the time). Not sure if I wrote an entry on that or not.
My computer stopped working. I have ordered a new powersource, as I'm guessing that that's the problem. Annoying, but I'll live. Amy is letting me use her computer, and even let me install EQ2 on it because I need to have a brain numbing game to play this weekend.
Tomorrow I'm going to the hospital, to have a big needle shoved into my back, and into the cyst on my kidney. I would lie if I said this is something I look forward to. I don't dread it as much as I thought I would though, because my back is freaking killing me today and I'd rather have the procedure done and not have to feel the pain any more. I will be either drugged up or very unconscious (both?) during the procedure, and thankfully Amy will be coming along with me so it won't be nearly as scary. I'll be back home the same day (probably by noon) and back to work on Tuesday. So it's nothing that I should be scared about-- yet I still am a little.
In other news, my car won't start. My dad says it's likely the battery is dead from it not being driven in 3 weeks and I hope he's right. Buying a new car when I will likely be going away to college in a few months just seems like a bad idea. Til I can get another car in to jump me, I'll be driving the minivan I guess. Not that that's a bad thing. It's a good vehicle too.
Also, I finally got around to buying a new sketchbook yesterday. It's enormous and should last me a year or so at the rate I fill up my books. I also bought a Monsieur Bome figure that was 75% off. I didn't really want it much, but at 5 bucks I figured why the hell not? So I added another figure to my collection.
That is all. I must go an grocery shop now.
