Hi everyone we almost finish round 4 so before that I wanna ask you about one particular rule: 10. Icons cannot be animated., I know some of you can do animations and I would love to see some animated icons but that can be unfair cause there also some who can't or want do them so...

I honestly would love to see animated icons, but the thing is not all people could do animated icons, so- it's kinda hard to do that;;

I know, I'm thinking maybe I could split the rounds in 2 one only stock & one with animation like a special round XD we well see thanks!

I think for those who can do animated icons, why not let them? As a theme/category, however, that might be unfair for those who cannot/don't want to/don't know how to do animated icons... But I don't see why as a general rule it shouldn't be okay?

Honestly, I joined here, then left and joined 20cartoon20 because this place doesn't allow animated icons. XD I don't make them often but not having the option was the deal breaker for me. So I'm happy to see this poll up.
Needless to say, if people can't make them or don't like making them, I don't think making animated icons a category or theme would be a good idea. Because, well, only a few people would be able to make them and then there are people who don't even want them, so you would have a very small pool of people available to enter that category. It doesn't seem like a good idea.
