RULES
• Icons must be made done specially for this challenge.
• All work must be your own.
• Icons must fit the livejournal standard. |PG Rated|40kb|100x100px|.png,.gif or .jpg|
• Post the completed icons at once, leave 3 icon examples and a link to the icon post or lj-cut.
• The icon post must be unlocked.
• Use the provided table to post your icons, you can edit the style but not the order of the icons.
• Add a subject, the format is: Round 19 |Anime/Manga name|
• Moderators will add the tags.
• State in your post if you would like a participation banner.
• All 20 icons are due on August 20th.

*No image must be in the icon just text you can add a quote of the name of the anime/manga you choose
*You can add a rainbow image or use the rainbow's colors either way
*You can feature any female character
*Use any texture, brush or image with splats
*You must use the colors from this palette, the colors must match exactly
