Finished Eureka
Welp, we finished up Eureka last night. That ...was fun. And, I think, an exceptionally good finale. I was particularly impressed that they cashed out all of the things that I felt needed to be cashed out. Especially that future timeline from the first season. I was well pleased - and well pleased that they managed to do a visual recap of the series without it being a clip show.
Which leads one to the odd conclusion that, for all its Science-y stuff, Eureka has a strong theme of the way things are supposed to be. They have a destiny, and with all the windings and resets and general hijinks...they ultimately stay on track. It's...odd.
But anyway, good fun, and one of the better series finales I've seen. I'm just sad that Nathan didn't make a surprise comeback. But I have that complaint about the Babylon 5 finale as well.
