Seattle is looking better all the time
You know, as much as I want to be closer to home, Seattle is looking more and more attractive for when I actually graduate. (Which is another can of worms entirely....)
In addition to other wonderful things (such as being the home of Dead Gentlemen Productions) next weekend, Seattle will be hosting Geek Girl Con, a Con in the same vein as Smith College's (my/our) very own ConBust .
Of course, the only conventions I've attended since coming to Grad School have been professional ones....
