Out of all the characters, I see the most Izumo to be honest. Now, I'm referencing her character more towards the end of the series where she has overcome a lot of her more negative traits and opened up. In the beginning she was very distant, and at times blatantly rude. However, after a few events the kindness she shows her best friend is then extended to everyone else, she calms down a bit, and is genuinely a good person at heart.
Your negative traits are pretty much aligned with her character flaws, and she would definitely also be classified as a tsundere character. Izumo can at times be a bit selfis, though is also internally strong, intelligent, , understanding, sympathetic, a peacemaker, flexible (later in the series, not so much at the beginning), kindhearted, conscientious, and forgiving. It's funny that you mentioned being a good class president as well, because that is one of the big things that sort of tied your two personalities together for me.
Also for the 【 Add something here 】, Izumo is kind of a blend of support and offense as well. She has flexibility for what role she takes due to her being a summoner.
