Sorry but I can't accept your second and third icons as they're not from official adaptations: the 2nd is a photoshop manip and the third comes from a doujinshi.

Feel free to submit two different icons if you like~

I'm sorry to inform you that your third icon has been disqualified for not being from Evangelion. (It does come from Yoshiyuki Sadamoto artbook but it's not Eva)

Sorry I couldn't tell you earlier, I got a lot of last minute entries and I failed to notice it.. ^^;
