Thank you for all the people who participated & discussed their opinions, animated icons are allowed because it's what the majority of you voted towards. LOLS IT'S A DEMOCRACY.
I'm sorry if you disagree with the results, I know a couple of you disagreed with having animated icons allowed, but a good 30% (I'm rounding up) voted for them to be allowed, 24% said no, & 19% said they didn't care. It was close but hey the overall consensus was yes.
Last but certainly not least, we have 09/34 icons submitted for the main challenge, Free-For-All. As well as 6 icons for the bonus challenge, Community Icon. Don't worry the theme will be open until Friday, August 13th, that gives you another week to submit. Submit here if you haven't done so please.
