Urgent: Foster Home Needed ASAP for Cocoa - Please help her.

Cocoa is a Lab Mix that is desperately in need of a foster or a permanent home. She is somewhere around a year old. She weighs about 40 pounds. She is leery of people that she doesn't know at first but quickly comes around to you once she sees that she can trust you. She is very energetic. The people that own her had a house fire and lost everything that they owned. Luckily, they were able to get her out of the house safely but now sadly she faces euthanasia if a new home or rescue organization doesn't come forward to help her ASAP. Her owners are currently living in a motel but will soon be going to a rental house and they cannot take her with them. At the moment she is living in a very unsuitable situation because they are having to keep her inside of the house that was destroyed by the fire. They have no where else for her to go unless they call the animal shelter which they are going to have to do soon but then she will be euthanized for sure since that would be an owner surrender.They do not want that to happen to her. She does not like cats so she would need to go to a home/foster home that has no cats. I believe with all of my heart that she deserves a second chance at life. Sadly, she is not up to date on all of her shots and she has not been fixed. She does have her rabies shot though. I want to help this family find their dog a new home before it's too late.
