THE WRATH TO COME. SCUDDED AWAY. You should list all the significant smiles in that book. Did you get to the one guy yet who keeps smiling his special smile or something?

No, becaause there's only been two significan smiles. In the Prologue, Mary Sue oozes all over her pants when Leo smiles, and then li'l Avon gives his li'l smile.

I still think he's Damien though. I'm waiting for when he has to interact with animals to be sure, but as soon as dogs start going apeshit around him, it is fucking official: Avon == the AntiChrist.

Darrow likes to describe his alter egos as magical and awe-inspiring. It's so sad how that's EXACTLY how Avon is written in some fanfic.

Wait until you get to the bit where they go on about Avon's real name and how it supposedly means SORROW. Or something like that. I... just... really, that puts so many Mary Sues to shame. I'm surprised his eyes don't turn violet.

Yeah, but doesn't Kerr Avon already mean Black River in Welsh? WHY DOES HE NEED TWO MARY SUE NAMES?!

BECAUSE HE NEEDS TO SOUND MORE BYRONIC AND EMO. And because Darrow is an underrated genius. Black River of Emo sounds like a good name for a rubbish band.

I even heard the book actually had an editor or something. Which is even more remarkable.

Are you sure he didn't give his wife/mum an editor badge and say that'd do the trick?

Anyway, Black River of MAN PAIN is actually a better band name.

Oh, and don't you mean Avonic? ;)
