Jeebus - 1:18 am? How is it that late already? I meant to get an early night, but I think I've drunk over ten cups of tea today. The caffeine build-up is blatantly too much for me.

Should get some packing done, I s'pose, but I really ... can't be bothered. Eh-heh ^^; Actually there was a lot of stuff that I just didn't get around to doing today. I took Dolores's DVD back to the library for her, and I took my poor broken Buffalos back to Raw, hoping for a replacement (only a week old, and broken! *sniffles* my poor babies which I only wore once. I blame poor workmanship) but they didn't have that style --> http://www.rawshoe.co.uk/mall/Shoe_Details.asp?Stock_ID=4117 <-- in my size. Which doesn't normally happen - usually having freakishly small feet guarantees that there's loads of shoes nobody else can fit into.
Bastards.
So I got 80 quid back.
Actually, no. They were very nice about it. Not bastards at all. I shall order a new pair from the website. They were a birthday present, dammit!

*grump* I wish I knew what time Mitch was getting here tomorrow. I don't even know what time his gig is. Although I suppose I should just be grateful that he's being nice enough to offer me a lift back home. Three hours stuck in a car with little old me - who could stomach it? ^^;

Note to self - must remember to ask Mitch if he'll add Dolores to the Now Show guest list as well. I promised her I would, so I better had. New series starts next week.
Gah! Which reminds me also - haven't updated mitchbenn.org in ayyyyyyges! Okay, that's mostly because I was working all day every day on me illustration project, but still. I'd better do that tomorrow. Along with the packing and cleaning. Whoops. 13 new fanlisting applications and ... 59 Japanese pr0n spam mails?
Pantspants - and an enquiry about yesterday's London gig. It would appear that I need a swift kicking. Or, alternatively, less work to do.

Ooh, yes. Illustration. The assessment went pretty well, actually. Apart from the part at the beginning where Bisi complained to Ashley about the fact that our tutorial was over an hour delayed and we'd all been there since 9:30am (it was at 4:45pm in the end and went on until 6:30 or so). This meant that she put Ashley in a really foul mood so he was really mean to everyone for the first hour or so. So all the other groups got shiny, happy Ashley-who-has-just-seen-a-chiropractor-and-is-feeling-blissful, and we got snarky, constructive-yet-evil-criticism-Ashley.
Bloody silly of her, though. I mean, if there's one thing you don't EVER do, it's bitch at your tutor before he's about to assess your work.
I'm also a bit narked because my Final Cut animatic was three minutes longer than everyone else's (mine was 3 minutes and 40something seconds), which seems automatically to have made me into TechGoddess. I mean, I was AppleGuru before this, and that was bad enough - being dragged away from my cappuccino/tea/sketchbook/pencil and into the computer room every ten seconds to fix/solve someone's Photoshop/Final Cut/Apple/Internet problems - but now ...
It can only get worse.
Am I the only person in the studio who can use a computer apart from the technicians?! Sure seems that way.

Okay. Rant over, I promise.

I think I'll go watch Howl's Moving Castle again. Only 39 views (of the official DVD) to date!
O_o I just found a pair of my socks under the sofa that have been missing for weeks. They're clean, too. I'm not sure I want to know how they got there.
Mmmmmm, socks <3

... I'll see you later. ^^;
