Colour and Love
I've had an account on colour lovers since July of last year. I follow the blog, but only recently have I become semi-obsessed with using the site. And by recently I mean today. I've created 4 colors already.
It's so simple, one might think it's pointless. You can create a color by sampling the color you want in various ways--either with their tool, or you can figure it out in photo shop and enter in the numbers. When you are happy with the shade, you can name it. If someone has already created that EXACT color, then their chosen name will come up instead, and you have to tweak the color a bit until you get something that someone else hasn't already used.
The nice thing is that you can also create and browse palettes. It's good for inspiration when I get stuck using the same colors again and again.
