Cookie Dough
I'm making Christmas cookies. I made a batch of dough for peanut butter kiss cookies, and another batch for those cookies you make a little indentation in and then fill with jam. I intend to fill the latter with apricot and raspberry jams, while the peanut butter cookies each get there very own hershey's kiss.
The doughs are chilling in the fridge. The peanut butter ones didn't call for chilling, but the plan is to bake these cookies over at Stephanie and Matt's and the idea of the peanut butter dough hunk just sitting in the warmish air didn't sound like the best idea to me.
I received a text from Matt a couple hours ago and confirmed that it was still "ok" if we all get together and that he'd see if Steph could call me. I just called Stephanie and left a voicemail. I suppose I'll still end up going over there eventually, but if not, at least I'm the one with the cookie dough!
