Chapter 3 ~the hawk does feel lonely, the angel gives company~ (final)
“The same person from the Kat-Tun’s rumor case, nine years ago.” Ryuoko replied, tearing falling on to the carpet. “Are you sure?” Chinen asked with wide eyes. “I can never forget him, no matter what happens.” Ryuoko replied. “So now he is after Hey! Say! JUMP?” Johnny-san asked. Ryuoko nodded. “I need to sleep; I have planned to prove their innocence. I will talk about it tomorrow.” Ryuoko replied and walked back to her room, closing the door. Ryuoko fell onto her bed and began to break down. “I am so sorry; I could not save you in time, mama.” Ryuoko muttered as she sobbed. “You know, if you are going to regret so much about the past, you are going to make you mama feel bad.” Ryosuke muttered as he closed the door behind him. “Easy for you to say that.” Ryuoko sniffed as she wiped her tears. “Maybe, but my mum used to say that no matter what happens you should live on.” Ryosuke replied as he sat down next to her. “My mum used to say that too, but it’s not easy, especially if you knew that you could have prevented something.” Ryuoko replied. Ryosuke placed his arm around her. “Or maybe you just could not drown your sorrow.” Ryosuke replied softly lulling her to hug him and breaking down. Ryosuke just stroked her hair. Ryuoko stopped crying and smiled. “I can’t believe I opened up to you, Sora had to waits for months for me to do that.” Ryuoko sniffed. “You cling a lot to the past don’t you?” Ryosuke smiled. “Sometimes you have to…” Ryuoko muttered. “Oh, if my plan has to work, then this has to done!” Ryuoko replied and quickly called someone on her phone.
“We go with you to your school and spend the whole day with the four of you?” Takaki asked in disbelief. “If you want to prove this idiot wrong you have no choice, but it should look like you are leaving elsewhere, change your disguises as your turn into a alley way.” Ryuoko advised. “What is your plan?” Ryosuke asked interested. “Well, if I can prove that you were elsewhere with a tight alibi, then this guy cannot make any rumors about you.” Ryuoko replied. “What? How is that supposed to work?” Ryosuke asked confused. “Just do as I say and have fun!” Ryuoko replied. Ryosuke looked at her feeling a bit uncomfortable. “Okay, let’s begin!” Ryuoko replied and she, Sora and Youko left the house. “Remind me later to thank her, in case this is a success.” Ryutaro muttered. “Sure…” Chinen replied staring at the girls who were walking away laughing. “Hikaru-Kun…please be careful.” Haruka replied as she left the house. “I will.” Hikaru replied.
“Wow, this is your school? This seems like an awesome fun house!” Chinen replied as he saw the school. “Are you 12? Behave your age!” Sora replied annoyed. “Yo! Ryou and Sora! You guys have to meet in music.” A voice yelled from the intercom. “Okay…” The girls muttered and motioned the boys to follow them. “Ryou! Sora! And little Youko!” Seira replied happily when she noticed Sora and Ryuoko staring at her. “Never mind. I wanted to talk about the upcoming competition for singing…” Seira said when she noticed Ryuoko trying to slip away. She frowned and pulled Ryuoko by her ear. “Ow! Ow! You evil *******” Ryou said as she yelped in pain. Ryosuke stared at her in surprise. “You’re not escaping this time! You are singing!” Seira replied. “Oh, come on! You gotta be kidding me!” Ryuoko complained as she massaged her ear. Seira looked at her while Sora and the other students rolled their eyes. The boys watched them in confusion. “OK! Ok! Quit rolling your eyes, I will do it!” Ryuoko said getting annoyed.
“What’s going on?” Yuto asked Sora who was laughing away after Ryuoko was dragged to the hall. “The usual, the school wants Ryuoko to sing when she does not want to!!” Sora laughed as Youko and the other began laughing. “What’s so funny?” Ryosuke asked curious. “Well, after each performance, she swears to never do it but she does it anyways!” Youko replied wiping her eyes as tears had started to form. The boys also began to laugh. “moshi ano hi no ame ga yande ita nara kitto surechigatte ita dake kamo…” Ryouko’s sweet voice filled the hall. The boys stopped laughing as they listened to her sing kana Nishino’s If. “moshimo sukoshi demo ano shunkan ga zurete tara” She continued singing, her voice mesmerized them. “ futari wa chigatta unmei wo tadotte shimatteta kimi to onaji mirai wo zutto issho ni mite itai onaji hoshi wo onaji basho de mitsumete iyou yo kimi no egaku mirai ni watashi wa iru no kana onaji sora wo onaji omoi de miagete itai yo” She sang on. Her heart was put into the song. “Okay! I am done!” Ryuoko muttered. “Why did you stop, you sounded so good!” Ryosuke said in awe. “Are you serious? No!” Ryuoko replied and stalked out of the room. “I kinda made her angry…” Seira replied. “Thought so…” Sora replied. “What happened?” Youko asked. “Well…the usual, I asked her to…you know…sing in front of you guys…but she was already in a bad mood.” Seira replied with a seat drop. “I thought so, you know she hates to do anything in front of people….” Sora replied. “Except answer rudely in front of them… or shutting someone’s mouth…” Youko replied and smiled at Seira who shook her head.
“You get mad easily…” Ryosuke replied as he entered the music room where Ryuoko was typing away on the computer. “So?” She replied back glaring at him. “Nothing…” Ryosuke replied feeling scared by her glare. Ryuoko continued typing away. Her eyes were concentrating on the screen, when she suddenly went into panic mode and suddenly her typing speed increased. She looked at the screen for a while and then stopped typing. “Capture complete…” She replied and smiled. “You feeling better?” Ryosuke asked. “A lot….” Ryuoko smiled as she sat next to him. “What were you doing?” He asked feeling slightly flustered. “I was hacking into dad’s data base again; I needed info on the guy who killed my mum.” Ryuoko replied. “Did you get caught?” Ryosuke asked concerned. “Almost…but I got away as usual.” Ryuoko replied smiling. “You let yourself get caught though?” Ryosuke asked. “I did that because I wanted my dad to see me and Youko. I wanted his attention.” Ryuoko replied looking at him, tears were falling down her cheeks. Ryosuke placed his hands onto her face and wiped her tears away when he pulled her face closer to his and kissed her. Ryuoko was surprised by his action, but she closed her eyes and kissed him back softly. Ryosuke broke the kiss. Both of them were blushing beet red. “I think…we should go back…” Ryuoko replied still red and got up. “Yeah…” Ryosuke replied, he was also feeling flustered. Ryuoko left the room. “What did I do that for?” Ryosuke muttered as he looked onto the ceiling.
Hey! Say! JUMP looked at the people who had come to attend the press conference. “Just behave normal.” Ryuoko had advised them. “Yesterday, you were caught in a nightclub. We have a video of that. Now will your boss still let you go through this?” The journalist sneered as he asked his question. “We were not there…” Inoo replied. “Prove it!” The journalist yelled. The boys looked at each other. “You have no alibi…” The man sneered when the screen went bank and a video of HSJ’s visit to the school and their activities with their time was being played. “Apparently they do have a very tight alibi.” A female voice came and Ryuoko appeared in front of the screen. “Long time no see.” Ryuoko waved as at the journalist. “You…” The man replied angrily. “Oh, yes me…You have to hand yourself over to the law, because now the world knows the truth about HSJ. Your plans are over cause right now this press conference is on Live.” Ryuoko replied smiling at the guy. “Police! Hands up!” Her father said as he crashed into the hall. The man sneered and grabbed Ryuoko holding her at knife point. “After your wife, I am sure you don’t want to lose your daughter.” The man sneered. Ryuoko struggled against the guy, when Ryosuke pushed him out of the way, causing the man to fall onto the seats. “Thanks…” Ryuoko whispered as she placed her hand on her neck. The man continued to struggle with the police. “I think everything will be back to normal now…” Ryuoko muttered.
