Update
1. UK & Ireland trip was awesome on the whole. Despite the occasional Fawlty Towers moment and some muck ups with our travel debit cards. I maintain it's not possible to take a bad photo of Stonehenge from the inner circle at sunset.
2. In case you haven't heard; silvermoon_wolf and I went overseas as boyfriend and girlfriend. We came back as fiancé and fiancée. *Happy dance*
3. 5 weeks off aikido means much ow when returning.
4. On Saturday and Sunday silvermoon_wolf and I did the Stay Upright motorcycle "pre-learners" course. Once we hand over the blue completion slip & some cash we will officially have our learners permits and be on the roads. Please to be paying attention to the blind spot when you are driving as one of us might be in it when you change lanes.
5. I am still looking for a new job. While my boss is pleasant enough, I don't believe our working styles are compatible and that's essential in this type of role. I am not looking for admin work. I would love to get back in to graphic design on a part time basis or fashion & clothing production on either part or full time - this doesn't mean alterations shops as I'll be as bored there as I am here. If you have any ideas of people I should throw a resume at, let me know.

My wonderful grandfather passed away on Sunday morning. I am feeling rather fragile about it. Vale Jacob "Jaap" Fels. I will miss your quiet voice, your strong hands, Dutch blue eyes and mischievous grin.
