Waitress: "You're not Roger Moore."
Ethan: "God's truth. Tell her, Ripper."
Giles: "What? Oh. He's not Roger Moore."
I'm gonna be presumptuous here and take that as canon backup for the plot bunny behind Slight Change of Plan. ;D
