I told myself I was going to run this morning, so I did, and it was really rough. I'm not sure why- I didn't drink last night, I stretched really well, I got enough sleep... who knows. However, I treated myself on my way to work with a pumpkin bagel from Einstein Bros. Vic was right, they are delish.

That's all I got. Back to el stock room.
