ROS: Round 12
And I apologizes for the constant misspelling of the word picnic :D
Normally a ROS is one town event and three sim events, but I forgot to do Basil's even on the last round (too busy with the police station) so I'll do it this round. Anyhow, last round I wouldn't have been able to do it anyway because I didn't have a clothing store, but I do now :)
The Phelps family adopting. Probably the worst possible family for the kid to have. They are so broke, the dad is in prison and they already have a baby.
I'm going to need remember to take the mod that makes adopting 10 000§ instead of free.
