The weekend, among other things...
So, this was a really good weekend...well at least Saturday was!
Friday was allright, we just chilled out and I FINALLY got to see Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince.
About damn time! hahaha
Saturday we headed to the zoo and much adorable animalness was had. The Naples zoo is really nice. Small, but very nice.
Saturday night it was karaoke. No one even brought up the fact that I was a raving psycho looney last time I was there, and nothing at all was out of place or weird. Matter of fact, the karaoke dj wanted me to sing a song with her, and then put me and her daughter in for a duet, and then I closed the show, much to everyone else's sorrow, as I did Cocky, by Kid Rock. I just like it because I get to say Mother Fucker about every other word. *grin*
Weirdest part of the night? We walk in, and my new "friend" Angela is there, on a date. She invites us to join her and this guy, and it was actually allright. She acted pretty cool, and the guy was super cool. She didn't really like him, but I thought he was cute, and nice, and pretty funny. She likes douche bags though, so by the end of the night, the joke was just to say "DOUCHE" at random times. I am sure Matt (her date) either thought we were crazy or talking about him. So, basically, if she has someone else with her, she's allright to be around.
She's supposedly going to start doing a karaoke show on Wednesdays. I would be willing to go and check that out.
Sunday, I felt like ass. I slept on and off most of the day, and I don't feel much better today. *whine*
All of my Christmas shopping is pretty much done, except I am just going to get my mom and dad a jacket or something like that from one of the little shops on the island I live on. That way they can take it with them to Vegas and have something to wear in the casinos when they get cold!
