Today is another great day! :)
Seriously! I have banished the stinkin' thinkin' from my head, and my funk has lifted!! I think September is just an icky month for me or something.
The minute October hit, I felt WAY better!!! *grin*
We went last night and got some flooring for the bathroom. It's really pretty and I can't wait to get that room all done and lay that floor down! Will be so nice!
This weekend is the birthday weekend!!!!!! WOO!!! Tonight, just as I predicted, will be Zombieland! YAY!!!
Tomorrow night is karaoke, not sure what we are going to up to during the day! Hopefully something else fun!!!!!!
Sunday, of course, is football. I am figuring out which teams I like to watch. They haven't shown any Texans games over here, but I always root for them, since they are from my hometown. I root for the Dolphins, but they don't ever win. :( My favorite two teams to watch so far are the Jets and the Steelers. I guess I am betraying my Southern roots, but their games have been fun to watch and exciting, as opposed to some of the other teams. Of course, I've only watched football a whole 3 weekends in my life, so that might change, but so far, those are the teams I like!
...Monday is my official birthday. I'll be 35. What a trip!! Life is not as I imagined it would be at 35, but it's better. I never thought I would find love like this, I never dreamed of living somewhere so beautiful either. I am happy, and I am glad that I started this journal so long ago.
