What if Dashiell Hammett wrote The Breakfast Club
If the title of this post intriues you, go rent Brick. I watched it last night, and it's amazing. It's a film noir murder mystery, set in a California high school. This may sound like a set up for a parody, but Brick is a serious film. Go rent it, I mean it. One tip, you may want to put the subtitles on, as some of the very important diloge is a little hard to catch, and a working knowledge of gangster film slang won't hurt either.
