I won't make up excuses as to why I haven't updated sooner or at all for that matter, but let's be honest here, updating my journal isn't on my list of priorities. But I was having an enlightening conversation with a very dear friend of mine (you know who you are) and made me realize that although I am lazy and don't care to write a few words in my journal, there are still people who care enough to read those words because this is the only way they know how I'm doing. So in all fairness to my dear friend and to everyone else, I am finally updating.
Summer was amazing. There is a feeling I have during the summer of carelessness, relief and true joy. It was a time to catch up with my funds, catch up with some friends that I couldn't see due to scholastic holdbacks and just a good time to simmah-down. There were also some new experiences that were had which I have definately bookmarked in the diary of my life. And just as soon as summer came, is went by even sooner. Now it is the fall, "officially" as of a couple days ago. Now I am once again in the confinements of college, still living at Casa de Beaulieu with my very dear friend Brittany and pushed down with the same goddam financial worries as I had last year. Mon dieu Christ!
My sandles have holes in them, 4 fucking inches wide and right in the middle of the foot. I don't own any shoes because as everyone knows, I don't care for shoes. I will buy a pair eventually, but I am very picky when it comes to shoes. I want one really good, dependable pair that will suit any outfit, will be perfect for any occasion and do not require to much maintenance. Trust me, it's not easy. Those of you who own 27 different pairs can go stuff it!
I don't drink as much as I used to. I don't smoke cigarettes but do dip in to the occasional cigar or "primetime."
That's all I'm willing to share.
