So it looks like it might happen after all.
Andi is thinking about leaving Bayern. Which is, frankly, something I've been expecting, if dreading. He's a good player. He's not Ribery. And on New Look Bayern, there's just not that many opportunities for him to start.
Of course I don't want him to go. Andi/Rense is my OTP to End All OTPs because it is mine, I made them, I created them out of love and a few hot pictures. I would take the breakup of any other pairing I've ever cared about before I would want the separation of Andi and Rense. I would take Arsenal and Milan crashing into their second leagues before I would want the separation of Andi and Rense.
But this is real life, when we get down to it. This is football. Things happen. Changes are made. Andi isn't playing, and I completely understand why he would want to leave. He's too good to warm the bench. And frankly, I should hate Bayern. It's always been a bit difficult for me that I don't. With Andi gone, the reasons I will have for supporting Bayern will be few and far between. Yes, I love Rense and Phil and PrettyMarcell, but without Andi, without the Andi/Rense relationship to tie together my wonderful fantasy of the Young Bayern Germans, with their insanity and their porn, well, my support for Bayern may well wither into rather bitter admiration of their play.
