Misfits last night was totally awesome and I totally got in and was able to watch them, and got a huge erection when I watched them play.
Poop.
Took too long to get there. I decided to wait for Jayden until 9:30, then there was a delay on the skytrain X2, but the time I got there, it was sold out. Since when the fuck do shows sell out around here? Balls. Jayden didnt come because he wanted to get laid instead, and if he didn't, I'm going to kill his dog. Not really though, because Kemo is awesome. Maybe I'll put a hole in his snare and bass drums.
Yeah.
Jeremy and I ran into Cahill and Liira on the skytrain and went to Pub 340 with them instead for some metal show which was considerably cheaper than the Misfits, but definately not as fullfilling for me. The bartender was wicked hot though, and totally remembered what I ordered after my first drink so I didn't even have to ask. The first band was good, the second band, Entropia, who I've seen play at the Cobalt before was awesome. They played a slayer covered that totally made me shit myself when they got to the solo. The third band was a folk metal band with a chick drummer and violinist. The bassist and one guitarrist were guys. They were good. Their set started off really well, but slowly tapered off from there. Either that or my drunken attention span was slowly becoming shorter and shorter.
Caught the very last skytrain home, and decided to go to McDonalds, but they were closed, so we tried to going to Wendy's (about 2:20am) and they were closed. Then we remembered the McDOnalds in Langley by my work is 24/7 so we went there and had the best tasting food of my life. Then Nazi Zombies was played, and I went to bed.
New couch got delivered today. Hoorah! It's a sectional. It's beige with brown leather, and quite nice. And it came with an ottoman (the furniture, not the people.)
Playing board games tonight. Should be allright.
Anyone now a good band name?
I asked Chaill and Liira to same the first words that came into their heads.
Liira said "Oh."
Cahill said "No."
