Oh, this is overdue. A ways from the Mansion, around the edge of the lake, the bare skeleton of a new house has gone up. It's built off of and beyond some existing framework, lost now in the new structure; it's of a quite respectable size; it's got an Elf on the roof. "I don't," he says with more confidence than he feels. He gores around to the back to find the latter. "Anything I should bring up with me?" he asks from the foot of it, raising his voice to be sure to be heard.
