I don't see the header, just the little tag saying created with the tool

The header is immediately above that little tag... below the green subject heading?

Oh the one with Sheppard Parrish? When I look at it the tag is much lower so I thought it was missing. :)

Yes... that's what a header is, all that info between the subject of the post and the story content itself. The author just placed the linkbank icon at the bottom of the header.
