So will the minor ones be minor characters or do we get to see Dean's wand Dean on all the wand cards?

It will be a mixture of all the characters and places in the minor arcana also. So it could be Dean's wand and Sammy's cup....or Sammy's sword and Dean's.....yeah pentacle doesn't really lend itself to a sexual metaphor, does it??
