You know how I've been all disgruntled with White Collar and how I feel like they don't really get what's going on with Peter except I think they do, because they keep teasing me with shit and I'm like WHARLGARBL because if nothing actually happens out of it, and I don't think it really will, not the way I want it to anyway, I will go crazy. I mean, I basically watch it like it's a tragedy. The Tragic and Epic Downfall of Peter Burke Because of His Stupid Love for Neal Caffrey. I have to watch it that way, because that's exactly what it is. I know the show will never actually go to such extremes, but in my head, that's where it'll end up. But the show is acting like it actually knows what it's doing.
"Careful, Peter, I don't want you to wake up one day and not recognize yourself." Reese, 4.04 - Parting Shots
"Sometimes we have to do things we don't like to protect the people we care about."
"Are you talking about Bryson? Or your boy Caffrey? He's slippery, and so's the line between right and wrong. And when you follow him across it? It will cost you everything."
