I'm 10 minutes into Camelot and I'm already like URGH FUCK THIS SHIT. Because they're setting up Eva Green's Morgan as the villain, but they pretty much guaranteed my sympathy in the first 15 seconds of her appearance, and then you have douchey uncharismatic not hot dude as Arthur with the delicious cherry on top that supposedly he's the hero and deserving of the throne because, what? He's got a penis? FUCK YOU PRIMOGENITURE. It's some right bullshit. Also not helping is douchey uncharismatic not hot Joseph Fiennes endorsing Arthur. I'm still annoyed at him for being the most uncompelling protag ever on FlashForward, so he started out with negative points and is only racking the red higher and higher the more douchey Merlin is. Sam Neill he is not.
BTW, Jamie Campbell Bower's utter suck as Arthur is making me appreciate Craig Horner as Richard in Seeker even more. Then again, Craig Horner's Richard >>>>>>>>>>> all fantasy male protags in all of existence, so.
I love Eva Green, but I think I'm going to have to quit or something. It's just going to piss me off to see how Morgan is villainized.
