They should come up with some sort of fandom handbook for newbies. Or maybe not even fandom, but just basic knowledge of how television works. I can probably compile a long list, but here are two big ones:

1. Promotional material has NOTHING to do with the show. It's always a terrible indicator of anything relevant. Yes, I get excited and speculate, but I know it's always misleading. The people who come up with promotional materials do not have anything to do with the creative aspect of the show, and the creative people are never consulted on how their show is marketed.

2. Putting a cast member's name last with an "and" in front of it is a good thing. It is not a sign of disrespect, and it doesn't mean that they're less important or will have less screen time. The best placement for your actor's name is first or last, so you want them to get that coveted last spot if they're not first billed.
