I wrote the oneshot, and it's totally a oneshot, but now I can't get the image of them out of my head. It's not a workable pairing, in the sense that I don't foresee myself writing any more for them than I already have, but it works. Somehow, it works in my head. All I had was one line when I started, but then a whole concept emerged, and it's the contrast between them that I really like. The surface contrast and then the underlying commonality.
