I don't know what it is about librarians, but they really frighten me. There's just something about them that leads me to believe that they have a large amount of suppressed anger. Perhaps my fear of getting mauled by one for asking about how to use a database is a little irrational. But you have to admit, there's something about the way they look down their noses and through their bi-focals at you that's a tad intimidating.
