Richard got called as a reference yesterday.
Lisa just called me, she spoke with them today around 11am. The lady she spoke with told her "I just have one more I need to speak with" Of course, she didnt say one more until WHAT... but hopefully it involves a job offer ;)
She had called Lisa yesterday and left a message, Lisa didn't get the message until after business hours and intended on calling today, but they called before she had the chance. Lillian told me specifically to have them leave a message and she would call back, so I feel pretty confident that she will.
Employers wouldn't go through the trouble of calling mutliple references if they werent interested would they?
