Ways to score points:
Please note that the images are merely possible examples of each score type, and not a requirement for their location on your bingo card.
Bingos:
Straight line (horizontal, vertical, diagonal) (5 prompts) - 1 prompt per submission, 5 submissions
(Note that the line doesn't have to go through the central square unless it's diagonal.)

Crosses: X or + (2 diagonals through the center or crossing straight lines)(9 prompts) - 1 prompt per submission, 9 submissions

Small circle (all squares around - but not including - the Wild Card)(8 prompts) - 1 prompt per submission, 8 submissions
Border (all outside squares) (16 prompts) - 1 prompt per submission, 16 submissions
Envelope (all outside squares and X through the center) (21 prompts) - 1 prompt per submission, 21 submissions
Blackout (all squares) (25 prompts) - 1 prompt per submission, 25 submissions
(Twenty-five stories answering all prompts on the card).
Strike Out (all outside squares and a diagonal line through the center) (19 prompts) - 1 prompt per submission, 19 submissions
Bullseye (all outside squares and the Wild Card square) (17 prompts) - 1 prompt per submission, 17 submissions
Z or N (either all top and bottom edge squares or all left and right edge squares, plus a diagonal line through the center) (13 prompts) - 1 prompt per submission, 13 submissions

Extras
Four Corners (outer corners)(4 prompts) - 4 prompts per submission, 1 submission
(One fill satisfies all four prompts on the border corners of the card.)
Postage stamp (2x2 square)(4 prompts) - 4 prompts per submission, 1 submission
(One fill satisfies all four prompts.)

Double Columns (2 straight lines)(10 prompts) - 2 prompts per submission, 5 submissions
(One fill satisfies two parallel prompts, one from each column, so that there are five total fills.)

Eight corners (inner corners and outer corners)(8 prompts) - 8 prompts per submission, 1 submission
(One fill satisfies all eight prompts using both the border corners of the card and those on the corners of - but not including - the Wild Card.)
