Hello! I actually had a question regarding picspams and icons (I asked at the current FAQ and havenward said that I should ask you). Should I ask here, or wait until the new FAQ is up?

If you would wait until the new FAQ post is up, that would be great since I'll be deleting this post when the new one is up. It'll be posted later today.
