...ten weeks already?
Well, it's been insanely busy over the past few days as we've wrapped everything up; I had to finish up a paper and make a poster, so the week has just flown by. Because I spent far too much time on this poster, here is a picture. It was printed on glossy paper (40 x 30 inches) with an Epson Stylus Pro 9600. Such a nice printer!!
Everyone else in my program has already left by now, so I'm the last one here. It's kind of sad. :( My taxi arrives at 3 to take me to the airport (where I will hopefully make it through security with my poster tube), and I'll be back in Houston around 11:40 p.m. Tomorrow, I will hopefully catch up on LJing and all that, so in the meantime, enjoy your weekend, everyone! :)
ETA: I had to pay $50 because my suitcase was over 50 pounds. If only I hadn't been so stressed (because of finishing everything up this week and trying to catch my flight with all of the impatient people and everything) that I'd thought to switch some of the heavier things with clothes from my other (smaller) suitcase, but all I could think about was the fact that it was already so difficult having to pack all of my things in the first place. Meh. I did, however, make it back without incident -- minus the security search because my bagel had apparently looked like it could hold water when it was scanned, heh -- so that's good.
