Sigh, my break is almost over. I start classes on Monday, and tonight, I'm driving up to school so that I can unpack and settle in and all of that fun stuff. It's supposed to hit the upper-30's tonight, which will certainly be a nice change from all of this 80+ weather. Is it winter yet? ;)
But it's been...a decent couple of weeks off. Not always a smooth ride, of course--but then, neither was the semester. ;)
Still, it was a break, which was a nice change from the fast-paced rushing of the previous few months. Ah, how I will miss the late nights (without schoolwork to finish!) and being able to sleep in every morning. It always kind of makes me sad to realize just how much time seems to be "wasted" when I don't get up until the afternoon (sleep: a poor substitute for caffeine ;)), but then, I remember that I'll start racking up the sleep debt again as soon as I get back to school. I guess it all balances out in the end. *g*
