Crappity crap.
Sad news for LJ land. I'm late on this update but oh well.
Lola my awesome 4 yr old cat passed away last week. She was the sweetest cat ever and never did anything wrong. I miss her a lot. :( To put it simply she had a couple of seizures and then got all caught up in a leash, that was under my shelving and out of the way, during the second one. It was a horrible accident. I'm really glad Elliot was there to take care of the situation for me before I came home from work. We had a short funeral at my parent's and then he made me dinner. Work was not the place for me to deal with it at all but what are you going to do?
I still have photos of her from the day before that I have yet to upload. If I only knew she would be gone... It sucks so much to come up the stairs to the apartment and not open the door to her. I always picked her up when I got home and got love and attention from her. She would follow me to every room I was in. She cuddled with me a lot especially when I needed it and was lonely. I will miss her so much.
It's tough too since the kitten is getting lonely now when we are sleeping or just not playing with him at a given moment. I want to get another kitten but I don't want to do that too soon. But I don't want to wait too long because I want him to get along with a new arrival. It's a crappy dilemma. Any thoughts?
