The Neatest Straight Jacket Shrug Ever
I was contacted by a client who wanted an outfit similiar to the one below for a photoshoot in an old lunatic asylum.
She has a dress that is bodysuit styled, but with tulle fluffiness on the bottom, and needed a shrug to match. This is what I came up with:

The sleeves are 36 inches long, with three Madness-style straps around each arm.
