1. 234K jobs in 2012 (out of 1.8M?), this link has CA 2nd to Texas 211 to 237
2. Businesses leavling the state:254, New businesses creates: 132000. Might be apples to oranges - big number is base on rate per 1000000.\
Small number is from a business relocation coach, with an ax to grind. Pretty small percent to make an argument on though.
