Xiao Zhou Tian or Micro-cosmic Orbit Qigong is the traditional Taoist alchemy practice for health and longevity. It is also called "human immortal Qigong" and was kept as an esoteric practice for only privileged imperial court officials in the past. Since the early 1980s, it has become available to the general public in China and has proven to have a transformative effect. This practice can be done by itself or combined with dynamic Qigong exercises introduced in the "Healing with Qigong and Zen" workshop for an enhanced effect. This retreat will include periods of Zen meditation and talks.
