Theatre weekend
I just completed my first week at my new job on Friday and I think that I'm really gonna like it. On Sat I was involved with Blitz and everything seemed to go well. 92 people running all over the Bartell as well as various businesses (rehersal spaces) To bring this show togeather. The show from what I understood ran alot shorter than previous Blitz's. The actors were taking there bows at around 10:00pm, The house was sold out. My cast was great and the playwrite found me afterwards and had some really nice things to say about my directing and treatment of her piece.
Not much to say about my other job....it's been actually quiet downtown this summer.
Today I spent a few hours at BST choregraphing the opening for the new show at BST. I think it's gonna be a solid opening...My theatre fun for the summer has ended... Tomorrow it's back to the desk.
