75 miles, the Final DVD, and Gerard Butler
Today was another one of those eventful-type things.
I was scheduled today to bring this girl I knew from high school, Ashley, to the airport. So I was going to sleep till a decent hour but then Scott called me. He needed me to bring his GF to the train station because they missed the first one and he'd feel bad about just leaving her there for 2 hrs so he took her back home and needed me to catch the next one. Okay, so I did. To Franklin and back I went.
Then when it came to 2:30 I got to Ashley's house and then drove to the TF Green airport. So another mission accomplished. But wait, I need to go to school and burn a DVD because my teammates suck. Okay! So I drove the 0.1 miles to school and the computer with my movies was occupied so I went to the cafe for a little bit. Finally it freed up later and I got to burn the DVD and hand it on to Murney. Woooo, good thing that's over with. I stayed for a while to talk with some of the classmates, including talking to Joey about the noir script we're working on.
Afterwards it was off to Providence to hang out with Julianne and her BF Brian. Oh man, looks like I picked the perfect time to drop by, they're rearranging furniture! Hah, just kidding it was actually fun. We went to the Delta Liquor store first to get a jug of wine (not for me fuck that) and then started hauling furniture out of the house and other stuff in. The furniture in question? Well it belongs to the tennants next door, they were moving out and apparently didn't need a couch, desk, or kitchen table with chairs anymore. Also there was an armchair one 50ft away from their house that they grabbed as well.
So after we had a few of these things set up, we started slowly and deliberately watching Gamer. Julianne was pleasantly surprised at how not-bad it was. Good. So now and again we had to stop watching so it took quite a while to get through the whole thing. We stopped for their old roommate who was moving out, we stopped to relocate the dresser they were throwing out, and we stopped to get Chinese as well. There was a lot of stopping. Still again, it was a fun time hanging out and now their apartment looks much better.
So, I headed home after the movie, and just went downstairs to finish my chinese food and watched episodes of the Office, season 6. Wooooo.
