i noticed that there was a hold on my account at school so i call them up to ask about it. the girl on the other line asks me to hold. i am on hold for maybe 30 seconds!!!! that's right, seconds. not 30 minutes, not 30 hours! wowzers. and then, then she tells me that her supervisor will take the hold off my account. and wait there's more! i refreshed the page i was looking at when i called and the hold was already removed. it happened instanteously. it didn't take 7-10 business days or any of the usual bullshit i am so used to hearing. what the hell?! not only that, but the amount owed is no longer $76. i have a balance of $0!!! i'm so used to crappy customer service and being jerked around for weeks. i am beside myself :p

and lookie what i found! a cute little sewing machine. i've always wanted a sewing machine and this one seems like a good starter. plus it's cheap so if i totally suck it's ok :p
