I need information regarding the functions of the government in Credinta. Security measures, maps of the surrounding country, and any possible shipping routes and schedules by land, air or sea.

Older records will also be of use, going back around one hundred years. That's supposedly when Libitina's master lived, and he's bound to have drawn attention to himself somehow before Nesreca was wiped out. News reports and any large events would be helpful plus religious and occult affiliations within the city in general, as well any changes to those over the years.
