(no subject)
So, Alison and Lauren went off to EUROPE on Saturday!!!
Decided I might blog, in case anything happens and I forget about it in 6 weeks when they get back, and they want to know about it.
It'll end up being me rambling about nothing, but hey. That's what a blog is really for.
Anyway, so on Saturday I was at work 9-5
By the way, anyone who's interested, I'm working 9-5 Thurs, Fri, Sat during the holidays, so if you want to do anything, I'm free most Sun-Wed! Yay!
Anyway, so after work I went to the Mariners vs Adelaide with the fam and Luke, and coincidence would have it that we had the seats right next to April... it was so weird. But extremely cool. AND we won 2-0. Awesome! And Luke was wearing a red shirt (Adelaide colour), so he's a fool :p Then April convinced us to go to the Leaguesy so we went, but no-one was there, so we left, and then April got there (aftre we'd already left) and no-one else was there so she left too. So, that worked out really well. Then I went back to Luke's coz I was going to Bathurst with his fam on Sunday.
So we left at like 8am for Bathurst, and we had breakfast at McDonald's, and then we got to Luke's Papa's farm where his mum is staying with him (her dad) and her stepmum, and they have 2 dogs, one is deaf and his name is Brandy, and one is a tiny tiny little puppy and his name is Whiskey, same as Ali's dog :D And then I went for a drive in Luke's dad's car, and I drtove around and around for ages in a paddock, but I'm not good at reversing, also I can't change gears and it took me 100 hours to learn how to move the car, coz I kept getting different advice from Luke and his mum and his Papa. And then we went for a drive with all Luke's family, that's him, his bro Josh, his mum and his dad, and his fluffy dog Callie, who has just had a haircut, and we all crammed into the car, and we went around the car racing track Mt Panorama or whatever it's called, and then we were going to look in the museum but it was heaps expensive so we didn't, and then we went to some park where they have heaps of plaques of pioneers or something, and then we went and got a huge huge icecream and ate it in the park :D And then we went back to the farm, which has a zillion huge paddocks but no animals, and Luke showed me the car collection, coz his uncle fixes up old cars from a billion years ago. And we were going to sleep in the campervan but then we decided to sleep in the loungeroom instead. But the campervan is cool. And then we all went to the pub, and Luke and I played darts but I lost, he got a bullseye once, and then Luke and his dad played pool, and then they played again with a $20 wager, and his dad hit the 8 ball in, so he lost. Then we went back to the house and watched Idol, and DAMIEN won, HOORAY!!!!!! And I didn't even have to vote!!! I didn't really mind who won this year, but I preferred Damien. Jess has perfect technique, but she's not really interesting like Casey. And we had Aldi pizza for tea :D
On Monday Luke's Papa and his stepgrandma went for a walk and the rest of his family went for a drive into town, so Luke and I finished our game of spit that we'd started yesterday and then we played strip shithead :D but that's not really in the story. Then everyone got home and we had pies for lunch. Then Luke, Josh and I went for a walk to the graveyard down the road, and we looked at all the graves, and we got so so many sharp sharp pointy things in our thongs, mine went through my dodgy $2 yellow thongs into my feet, so we stood on the concrete path and picked them all out, but then they were all over the path. Then it was like 2.30 and we decided to go home. We went to McDonald's on the way home, the same one as Sunday. We played I Spy and that game where you say letters and if you make a word you're out. And we listened to Vanessa, but The Power is so old and scratched that it kept skipping :( so I have to get a new one, nudge nudge wink wink. Then on Monday night I stayed at Luke's again, and then
in the morning he went to work at his new job in Bateau Bay at 8am, and I just slept in, and then I woke up at 9.30, and the next bus was at 11.18, so I made some toast and watched some Avril Lavigne DVD with Josh, and then Amy rang to see if I was coming to the beach, and then she came and picked me up from Luke's, so that was awesome. And I watched the dancing singing santa a billion times while Josh threaded fishing line through baubles. Then I went to Terrigal with Amy and April and we went and visited Mel at work and we found Krystle, then we went for a swim, and then we got some lunch and then Mikaela found us, and her friend from uni was there too, and then Mikaela left and then Mel came and sat with us on her break, and Amy and April went for a walk around the rocks, and then we went home. It was cool. Then I watched The Virgin Suicides, which is a movie with Kirsten Dunst where nothing happens, except girls randomly kill themselves, but all at the same time, so it's not exciting. Then I watched The OC, and Taylor divorced her French husband and is now in love with Ryan, what a loser. Anyway.
Then this morning I was reading Rowan of Rin coz it's awesome, and mum and dad went out for morning tea (they go out for lunch every single day, coz mum doesn't work term 4 and dad's on long service leave), and now I'm just waiting for Luke to come over and take me to Tuggerah, and also wondering what ALi and Loz are doing :D coz it's so exciting :D:D:D
