Regrets about love

Well It's official...i still love George. I thought I'd be over him but in all honesty I'm not. Does a person ever get over their first love? He is married and has a little family all his own. It stings me to see him so happy. I am alone here, and it stings even worse..knowing that if I had played my cards better in the past, we would be together. June Carter had written the song Johnny Cash sang, Ring of Fire. It burns...love burns. Sometimes it is more than we can handle.
